You can easily add your tickets to a digital wallet to ensure that you're ready to enter your next event.
Adding tickets to a digital wallet is optional and not necessary to gain entry, but can help you avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue. If you’re experiencing issues adding tickets, you can access your tickets from the Ticketmaster app or by going to Ticketmaster.ca on your mobile browser.

1. In the Ticketmaster app, sign into your My Account.
2. Tap My Events to locate your order.
3. Tap your order to view tickets.
4. Tap on Add to Apple Wallet.
You'll find your tickets in the digital wallet app. When you arrive at your event, locate your tickets and hold them to the scanner. Barcodes aren’t displayed when tickets are added to your wallet.Why am I receiving an error message?

You'll find your tickets in the Google Pay app. When you arrive at your event, tap Pay contactless or Set up contactless. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap your event to view your ticket. Barcodes aren’t displayed when tickets are added to your wallet.

Why am I receiving an error message?
Ensure that you’re using the latest version of our app and that any ticket within the Ticketmaster account hasn’t been downloaded to another fan’s Google Wallet. Or, visit our FAQ I’m receiving an error when adding my ticket to Google Wallet. What should I do? for further guidance.
If you’re unable to add the tickets to your wallet, it may be for one of the reasons below:
- Your order’s delivery method is Will Call or Print-at-Home.
- You purchased tickets over the phone with a sales representative.
- You’ve exchanged your tickets.
- Your order includes VIP tickets, premium tickets or additional non-refundable items such as merchandise.
